The name Respira ("Breath") reflects our mission to provide a unique approach to nearshore outsourcing, combining expert talent sourcing with a robust employee support network, resulting in better retention and positive impact for businesses and communities.
Respira’s story began in Honduras, where co-founders Sarah Catherine and Carmen observed a significant gap—many talented and educated individuals lacked the opportunities they deserved due to socio-economic barriers. This realization inspired their mission to bridge the gap between potential and opportunity.
